According to the website, an oil change is supposed to include the filter. I had my car in yesterday and was charged 9:99 for the filter. I asked and was told by the person who checked me out that he didn't know anything about it. He was just told to charge it to a customer. It would have been nice to get a better answer. I did go out of my way to go to this specific location since I had a coupon. Turns out the coupon made the price of going there even more expensive than my usual place. I won't return since they were not honest about the service as advertised.
